How we work

Kove Luxury brings together pre-owned designer pieces, chosen one by one. Each is a specific object, with its own condition and its own price, and here you will see it said in the same words every time.

The price

The price you see is the final price, in US dollars. It includes delivery in Costa Rica and carries no charges at the end and no fees that appear later. What the page says is what you pay.

The condition of each piece

These are used pieces and we say so plainly. Each carries a short, constant scale, from 'like new' to 'visible wear', so you can compare one with another without translating anyone's vocabulary. When we do not have the detail, the page says that instead of guessing.

Documents

Some pieces come with a report from an independent laboratory and the page says so. We do not send it by message: a document circulating on its own is exactly what someone making a copy needs. You will see it with the piece when we hand it over.

If you want a third party's report on a specific piece, we arrange it. It is explained under Verification.

What happens when you write

We confirm the piece is still available and at what price before you go any further. If anything changed, we tell you then and not later.

How you pay

By card on the piece's own page, through Stripe. Full payment, or a 50% deposit with the balance due within 30 days. The charge stays pending on your card until we confirm the piece (usually within 48 hours and never more than 7 days); if we cannot confirm it, nothing is charged. If a deposit's balance is not paid in time, the deposit is forfeited.

How you receive it

Shipping included in the price. Delivery within 30 days at most from the piece being paid in full, with a tracking number by email.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Every piece in the catalogue is one specific physical object. There is no second one and no restock. When it sells, it leaves the catalogue and its price goes into the archive on its model page, where it keeps serving as a market reference.
